About the Creator


Cely is a certified fitness professional who focuses on the art, science, and practice of fitness, health and nutrition. She has an academic background in Kinesiology and currently works as a certified Pilates instructor.

Physical and mental health, body alignment, and proper form are her top priority to live a long life while aging gracefully. Cely is inspired by the healing power of movement so, she wants to inspire you to reach your goals through body movement and a mindful, holistic approach to improve your physical health and vitality. Cely's classes are based on fitness and rehabilitation. She likes to help clients with chronic medical conditions and musculoskeletal injuries; successtul at helping clients adhere to exercises, releasing pain and discomfort. Moreover, Cely upholds a positive environment in the workplace including professional conduct and performance limiting the risks of injuries. Cely does practice her exercises consistently to build her strength/endurance and to inspire her clients to reach their health and fitness goals through the mind-body connection. Finally, Cely is always positive and inspiring, trying to focus on your progress making you believe that you can do it. She guides you through your journey and Hilda you accountable!

Rebekah D'Ascoli

Yoga Teacher

Rebekah's D’Ascoli, E-RYT, is an experienced yoga instructor, educator, and certified life coach with advanced training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, SUP, Bhakti, and Tantra. She currently teaches at Point Loma Sports Club, where her classes weave together dynamic movement, breath, philosophy, and heart-centered practice. Her offerings include energizing Vinyasa flows, grounding Hatha sequences, deeply restorative and Yin sessions, Bhakti-inspired devotion, and Tantra-based explorations that integrate body, mind, and spirit. In addition to group classes, Rebekah offers intuitive coaching, one-on-one and small group sessions, and sound healing experiences, creating supportive spaces for clarity, confidence, and transformation. Drawing on her background in theater and directing, she infuses creativity, storytelling, and humor into her teaching, making her classes both accessible and deeply transformative.

Cely Chilazi

Mat & Reformer Pilates Teacher

Cely is a certified fitness professional with over 20 years of experience, driven by a deep passion for fitness, health, and nutrition. With an academic background in Kinesiology, she currently works at Point Loma Sports Club as a certified Pilates instructor/strength circuit, where she focus on both physical and mental health, emphasizing the importance of body alignment, proper form, and injury prevention. She believes these are essential to not only living a long and healthy life but also aging gracefully. Her approach is rooted in the healing power of movement, offering a mindful, holistic path to physical health and vitality. She specializes in fitness, rehabilitation, and helping clients with chronic medical conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. By focusing on strength, endurance, and the mind-body connection, she has been able to help clients stick to their exercise routines, alleviate pain, and improve their overall well-being.

Rosarito and the Hotel are only 40 minutes from San Diego and a pleasant drive on the highways. There is a modern toll road that accepts both US and Mexican currencies.

The cancelation will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
