Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, fluid style that synchronizes movement with breath (Ujjayi pranayama) to create a "moving meditation" or flow. It emphasizes transitioning intentionally between poses, often using Sun Salutations to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Classes are diverse, ranging from fast-paced, vigorous flows to slower, mindful sessions suitable for all levels.

Kundalini Yoga, known as the "yoga of awareness," is a potent practice combining breathwork, mantra, physical movements (kriyas), and meditation to awaken dormant energy at the base of the spine. It aims to balance the glandular and nervous systems for improved physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth, often described as a fast-acting system for personal transformation.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise focusing on the core, arms, and legs, often using body weight on a mat, or sometimes small props, to improve posture, flexibility, and coordination. It is accessible to all fitness levels and provides a full-body workout that enhances muscle tone, balance, and mind-body connection.
""It was a magical retreat. I am thankful for the positive energy, good vibes and wonderful experience with beautiful souls. You and Rebekah did a great job! I can't wait for the next one!!""
-Indira Carvajal
""Spending time at Cely's retreat in Mexico was a beautiful opportunity to focus on movement, connection, and being present in new setting. The days had a full, energizing rhythm - Pilates, ocean, air, and time outdoors kept us engaged and inspired. One of the most memorable parts for me was horse back riding on the beach; it was so freeing, and something i'll carry with. What really make the experience special was the group of women Cely brought together. There was such an ease and warmth in the way everyone connected and supported one another - through genuine conversation, shared meals, laughter, and encouragement throughout the weekend. I am greatful for the movement, the sunshine, and the chance to step into a new environment with such inspring women. It was a beautiful reminder of the power of community, nature, and saying yes to experiences that expand us." "
